About This Trip
From the Streets to Their Destiny
This November, Expect Hope Worldwide is taking a team to Mexico to serve on the frontlines of child rescue and restoration. Whether you are a pastor, a church team, or an individual with a heart for the nations, this trip is for you.
This is not a vacation with a service project attached. This is boots-on-the-ground ministry in some of the most impoverished communities in Mexico. You will visit local churches, love on kids, serve families in need, and be a part of something that will mark your life forever.
Every team member will have the opportunity to speak, pray, preach, and minister alongside local pastors and the Expect Hope Mexico team.

Ministry Highlights
Church Visits
Visit local churches partnered with Expect Hope. Pray with pastors, preach the Word, and encourage the body of Christ in Mexico.
Kids Programs
Kids outreaches with games, face-painting, and toy distribution. Show up with joy and leave a lasting impression on every child.
Feeding Programs
Serve meals to children and families in extreme poverty. One of the Big 5 in action: food for those who need it most.
Service Projects
Hands-on projects for impoverished churches and communities. Painting, repairs, and tangible acts of love that last beyond the trip.

Every team member will have the opportunity to be a part of church ministry through speaking, praying, preaching, or all of the above.

Tuesday, November 10
Arrival Day
Fly into Puerto Vallarta, then drive to Tepic. Full team arrives and settles in.
Team dinner and orientation. Meet the Expect Hope Mexico team. Pray together for the week ahead.
Wednesday – Thursday, November 11–12
Ministry Days
Church visits and kids programs. Games, face-painting, toy distribution, and outreach to children in impoverished communities.
Service projects. Hands-on work at local churches and communities, including feeding programs, painting, and repairs.
Church ministry. Opportunities to speak, preach, pray, and minister alongside local pastors and the Expect Hope team.
Friday, November 13
Final Ministry Day
Final outreach and ministry. Continue serving churches, kids, and families on the ground.
Team debrief and celebration. Reflect on what God did this week. Worship and prayer together.
Saturday, November 14
Travel Home
Drive to Puerto Vallarta and depart. Travel home.

What to Know
Trip Logistics
✈️ Flights
The team will fly into Puerto Vallarta (PVR), Mexico, then travel by ground to Tepic (about a 3-hour drive), where the mission is based. Full flight itinerary and booking details will be shared with registered team members once finalized.
🏨 Accommodations
Hotel and lodging details will be confirmed and shared with the team prior to departure. All accommodations are arranged by Expect Hope.
🚐 Ground Transportation
All ground transportation in Mexico is arranged and covered. The Expect Hope Mexico team handles all logistics on the ground so you can focus entirely on ministry.
🛂 Passport
A valid passport is required. Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date (beyond May 14, 2027). If you need to apply or renew, begin immediately.
💱 Currency
The currency in Mexico is the Mexican Peso (MXN). US dollars are accepted in some tourist areas, but pesos are recommended. ATMs are widely available. Notify your bank before traveling.
📋 Trip Cost
Early Bird: $2,049 per person.* Sign up by July 31, 2026 and save $150. Starting August 1, 2026, full pricing of $2,199 per person* goes into effect. Cost covers flights, accommodations, meals, ground transportation, and ministry supplies. Fundraising resources and support will be available.
