Children are the future of our world.
This is somewhat of an obvious statement, but one that maybe we don’t think about as often as we should. What are we doing to perpetuate hope in the future generations of our world? What are we doing to raise up the children of the world to continue to fight for justice, peace, and love when we are gone one day?
These are weighty questions, however exploring them takes us to a place where we can begin to see how we can make a difference.
WE CAN CHANGE THE WORLD.
The concept of changing the world is an overwhelming one. Thinking about the complexities of societies, poverty, hopelessness, moral devastation, world hunger is devastating. The list goes on from there, and there are just too many things to be fixed in the world for one person to change!
This is why it starts with one.
Take hope that if we each do something small, BIG change can and will happen in the world! If we focus on the vast problems and become paralyzed, nothing will change, but if we band together and each contribute something, change is inevitable!
“Children are a heritage from the LORD,
offspring a reward from him.
Like arrows in the hands of a warrior
are children born in one’s youth.
Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them.
They will not be put to shame
when they contend with their opponents in court.”

Of course, the Lord has birthed a dream in our hearts for orphans around the world to be cared for, poured into, and ultimately given the life we feel Jesus intended them to have. We desire that each child know they are loved, cared for, and that they were created with a purpose.
No child is a mistake.
We believe that sewing hope and truth into these children’s lives is and will change the world. There is always a possibility that someone you invest in will become a great influence in the world, but our vision is beyond even this!
See, when you invest in a child’s life, whether that be with prayers, financially, or bringing awareness by being an advocate for orphans, you are literally changing their entire world.
You are saying to them that they matter.
You are saying that they are worth it.
You are saying that their life has value.
Now, THAT my friends changes the world.
